Abstract Organic load such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) increases in the water because of increase human growth and industrialisation. The initial goal study, to characterise natural fibre reinforced polymer encapsulated microalgae macrocapsule using Scanning electron microscope (SEM). Second, analyse organic reduction utilising fiber macrocapsule. experiment was conducted with five Schott bottles a 1.7 liter working volume photobioreactors. system operated three tubes fabricated different functions. first tube connected adjustable air pump oxygen aerator supply into photobioreactor system. photobioreactor’s second is designed flow out gasses. last sampling function withdraw samples for efficacy treatment performance. will continuously be illuminated cool-white fluorescent light (Philip TL-D 36W/865, intensity 60–70 μmol m-2 s-1). This study employs COD test microalgae’s reduction. From day 1 5, value shows pattern from 352 mg/L 223 respectively. analysis reveals that p-OPEFB (Polymeric Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch) has surface structure rough before after treatment. Optical density measures growth. BBM’s (Bold Basal Medium) increasing absorbance allows develop optimally. Natural potential wastewater
